Here's what you don't know about hydration.
The human body consist of 70 - 80% water and blood plasma is actually closer to 92%. Every reaction and function in the body requires water, for example communication between cells and all biochemical reactions that the cells undergo for the production of energy, proteins, hormones and neurotransmitters, which gives the body its life.
Nothing in the body can occur without water.
Nerve Transmission - when the body is dehydrated, nerve transmission is compromised and brain function is strongly diminished.
Mental illnesses can be a result of brain cell dehydration.
Chronic nerve pain can be the end result of chronic dehydration.
Other chronic pain conditions including arthritis can often be reduced significantly using the Body Talk Hydration Technique.
Free Radicals - when the body is dehydrated, free radicals are produced. Effective hydration removes free radicals faster than any other therapy.
free radicals - If allowed to run free in the body are believed to be linked to degenerative diseases, cancers, heart disease and diabetes.
Synthesis of Emotions - emotions affect the membranes of all cells in the body. So, if the body is dehydrated emotions are not synthesized and harmonized through the action of water. The energy frequency of water will change its structure to suit the person.
Positive thoughts, emotions and words of affirmation: water molecules show to form beautiful, symmetrical crystals that look similar to snowflakes.
Negative thoughts, words and emotions: water molecules turn discoloured, chaotic and fragmented.
This supports the understanding that consciousness or thoughts creates the reality that is experienced and that water has memory (see Masaru Emoto's work).
WATER is associated with joy and the acceptance of joy in one's life.
DEHYDRATION symbolizes a lack of joy.
Human Body Water Composition:
Muscle - 75%
Fat - 20%
Blood - 83%
Bones - 22%
Heart - 80 - 90%
Lung - 80 - 90%
Brain - 75%
The importance of water is fairly well understood as many people carry around their own supply of water. Even so, most people who drink plenty of water may still be dehydrated. This is because the hydration of cells is a matter of water moving across the cell membranes and into the interior of the cells. Water must be able to freely move across the cell membranes in both directions: transporting nutrients into cells and waste out of cells.
Signs of Dehydration:
arthritic pain
impaired metabolism
gastrointestinal pain
lethargy
headaches
cellular degeneration
poor concentration
Hydration plays an important role in many functions of the body including: muscle contraction, lung function, cell division, energy conductors, hyperactivity, malnourishment, lymphatic and immune issues and cell rejuvenation.
In short, even though you may drink enough water during the day your body may not be utilizing it well.
