The assessment begins with a 30-minute consultation where she will attentively listen to your concerns, goals, and health history. Followed by a 60-minute personalized treatment curated specially for you. Michele expertly employs a range of evidence-based modalities, including BodyTalk, PEMF, Red Light Therapy, Breathwork, Acupressure, and Ear Candling. This assessment is designed to get a deeper understanding of what exactly is best to suit your unique needs and to benefit your health. BodyTalk restores communication within your body’s systems, while PEMF Therapy stimulated cellular repair and regeneration, promoting healing from within, and Red Light Therapy enhances brain function, mood, and mental acuity. Through intentional breathwork, you’ll tap unto your body’s natural ability to relax, release stress, and increase energy flow. Acupressure, focuses on the head’s energy centres, facilitating deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance, while Ear Candling supports inner ear health. Following your assessment, personalized treatment protocols are recommended based on your unique needs and goals.
