Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Aromatherapy Blend:
- Ginger - calms the digestive system; laxative and stimulate
- Marjoram - anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, calmative

- Cold-pressed castor oil - increases circulation, reduces pain and inflammation
Apply the blend directly over lower abdomen, then cover with a clean, soft cloth and plastic wrap. Place either a heating pad or hot water bottle over the the pack for 30-60 minutes.
When finished you can either was off the remaining oil with soap and water or let it absorb into the skin.
Note: Castor oil is think and can stain. Do not use caster oil pack for more than 3 days per week unless directed by physician.
